Hi, I am looking for someone to write an article on canada and canadians Paper must be at least 1500 words. Please, no plagiarized work! There have been messages that were sent to the writer to wish him well. He replies to their messages which were in the form of inspiration, thoughtful notecards, and gifts. The author thanks his friends whom he thinks to have lifted his spirit and determination.From all that was expected, things have not worked out as there was thought and he transfers to another person to try to handle the issues that he thinks he could not handle. He thinks that the party should have held a leadership vote before the year ended so that there could be ample time for the leader to work with the team. From the time he is delegating the duty to someone else, he thinks that the program and activities of the group should be renewed as the focus is made towards the next election (Layton, 2006). From all these, the theme of leadership is brought out as through leadership, all the problems and issues that were addressed to the leader could be solved. Another theme that is brought out in the author’s work is the theme of hope. Though the author is leaving the position which he was holding, he still hopes that the person that will be handled the responsibility will be able to handle the activities that he was not able to handle when was in leadership. He brings hope to those that were in the journey of fighting cancer though the fight was not successfully made. Though treatment and therapies had not been the way he thought they should be, he tells them not to lose their hope and they need only to cherish the moments with those that they had loved in every part of the journey.The author also is seen to hold different leadership portions in the community and the situation in which he is forcing him to leave all that he was doing to serve the community. He appreciates the members of his party for the activities that they were able to do in the period of eight years when he was with them in leading the party. He advises them to keep in touch and not to lose focus due to those that will try to make them loses track of the party. He appreciates working with the members of parliament and brings out the activities which he undertook in the parliament.
