In addition to that, the impact and implications of the weapons can be felt for a long time (Gallucci, 52). This in turn affects the future generations and also the environment. In spite of the apprehensions that have been elevated about the nuclear weapons, those who are taking part in the creation and development of such weapons have stated that the weapons are not intended to disturb the world peace. They have argued that the project are important for their countries and should not be seen as steps towards destabilizing the world or causing unnecessary harm to the world populations.
